These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pepx-dao.com (the "Site") and any products purchased through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Research use only

All products sold by Peptide DAO are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not dietary supplements, drugs, foods, cosmetics for human use, or medical devices. They have not been approved by the FDA, EMA, or any regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or institutional purchaser
  • The products will be used only for legitimate in-vitro research purposes
  • The products will not be administered to humans or animals
  • You will handle, store, and dispose of products in accordance with applicable laws
  • The products are legal to import and possess in your jurisdiction

2. Orders & payment

All prices are denominated in SOL (Solana). Payment is made on-chain via your connected wallet. Once a transaction is confirmed on Solana mainnet, it cannot be reversed. We are not liable for transactions sent to incorrect addresses, sent on the wrong network, or otherwise lost due to user error or wallet/RPC failure.

Free shipping applies to orders with a subtotal of 2 SOL or more; otherwise a flat 0.15 SOL shipping fee applies. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation from our European warehouse. Worldwide delivery time is generally 5–7 business days but may be longer due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. We are not liable for packages seized, delayed, or returned by customs authorities.

4. Returns & refunds

Due to the nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-compromised products. If your order arrives damaged, missing, or materially different from what was ordered, contact info@pepx-dao.com within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue — either by reshipping the product or refunding to the wallet that placed the order.

Information on the Site (product descriptions, blog posts, research summaries) is for informational purposes only and is not medical, legal, or financial advice. Do not use information from this Site to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptide DAO and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7. $PEPX token

The $PEPX token is a governance and incentive token for the Peptide DAO ecosystem. It is not a security, share of equity, debt instrument, or claim on the assets of Peptide DAO. The token is offered and used solely for governance participation, holder benefits, and on-chain interaction. Holders should not expect speculative returns; volatility is inherent to all on-chain assets.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the Site or its products for: any unlawful purpose, resale to unqualified parties, administration to humans or animals, attempts to obtain pharmaceutical effects for personal use, or any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
